Most families finish their book in about 5 to 10 minutes. We generate the story and illustrations in just a few minutes, and then you can spend as long as you like reviewing and customizing.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Yes. Go to your Account Settings and update your email. You'll need to verify the new address before the change takes effect.
You can request account deletion from your Account Settings or by emailing support@littlelifechapters.com. All your data, including uploaded photos, will be permanently removed.
Orders & Shipping
Your book is printed on demand, which typically takes 3 to 5 business days. After that, shipping generally takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. We recommend ordering about 2 weeks in advance for birthdays and holidays.
Yes! Once your book ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your order status anytime from your account dashboard.
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. International shipping is coming soon. In the meantime, the Digital Story format is available worldwide as an instant download.
We're sorry if that happens. Email support@littlelifechapters.com with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll send a replacement right away.

Because every book is custom-printed just for you, we cannot offer returns or refunds once an order is placed. You can preview the first 4 pages free before you buy, and after purchase you get 5 illustration regenerations plus unlimited text edits to polish every page before it prints.

Troubleshooting
Make sure your photos are in JPG or PNG format and under 10MB each. Try using a different browser or clearing your cache. If the issue persists, contact us and we'll help.
Book previews can take a minute to generate, especially during busy times. Try refreshing the page. If it still doesn't load, try a different browser or device.
Check your spam or junk folder first. Our emails come from support@littlelifechapters.com. If you still can't find it, reach out to us and we'll resend it.
Email support@littlelifechapters.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can make changes before your book enters production, but once printing begins we're unable to modify the order.
